Terlin brought his wife Marlena on board in 2016. Married for over 24 years, Terlin and Marlena are proud parents of four amazingly wonderful children, two sons and two daughters. Six country cats, a senior yellow Lab named Bama and one brilliant German Shepherd named Echo complete the Johnson family. Faithful members of Trinity Baptist Church for the past 30 years, Terlin and Marlena enjoy the many adventures of the real estate and mortgage business and share in the joys of raising their four beautiful children in Salisbury, North Carolina.

Mark grew up in the Concord/Lake Norman area and started engaging in real estate in 1998. With encouragement from his friends and family, he followed his passion for real estate with a career change in 2005 and became a licensed Realtor with Home Realty and Mortgage. A seasoned agent, Mark has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, and investors in both the residential and commercial market including foreclosures and short-sale properties.
Mark is a family man with a devotion to his beautiful wife, Stacey and is a proud father to four amazing children. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family on the lake. An athlete in nature, Mark enjoys coaching baseball and passionately spectating his children’s athletic events. He enthusiastically volunteers in community baseball programs sharing his love of the game with young, aspiring athletes. Knowing Mark, it comes as no surprise that he served our country and is a proud veteran of the United States Navy.

A Rowan County native with more than 17 years in the real estate and mortgage industry, John promotes positive community and economic growth. John holds a business degree from North Carolina State University and is a proud father to three fine sons. Hobbies include raising and training husky dogs. A native of Salisbury, North Carolina, Chuck graduated from East Rowan High School in 1982. After furthering his education at UNCC and graduating in 1986 with a BA in business administration with a concentration in finance, he began his career in the insurance industry. He achieved great success as a top producer in the Southeast region as well as nationally. Chuck’s NMLS number is 1704021.

Chuck and his beautiful wife Carie have been married for 17 years and are the proud parents of 4 wonderful children and 2 dogs. He and his family attend First Baptist Church in Rockwell, North Carolina. Chuck is an avid sports fan and has spent many years coaching young athletes in baseball. Chuck coached Cal Ripken baseball from 2010-2018 in addition to East Rowan Diamond Sports, where he led the team to NC State Champions in 2015 and 2016.
